• Allow the wax to fully pool during use to ensure an even burn.

• Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4 hours at a time.

• Trim the wick before each use to approximately 5mm.

• As you inhale the natural fragrance, practice mindful breathing by inhaling through your nose for 7 seconds and exhaling slowly through your mouth for 11 seconds.
