Ineffective and wasteful
The consistency of the wax when warmed up as directed was impossible to get like honey as it's supposed to. It was either too runny and thin, or too hardened/tickened for itself that it couldn't apply smoothly. When a section was pulled off, it barely took out any hair and didn't leave cleanly. The entire 7oz container of wax beads wasn't enough to take care of even half of my leg. This was my first time ever using hard wax, so I thought there must've been something wrong with my application. Surely either Wakse's reusable melting pot was the problem, or I wasn't pulling the wax off at the perfect time. During my second (and last) attempt session, instead of running to the microwave each time, I kept the pot on a desktop coffee warmer, but to no avail. I finally consulted the reviews to see whether anyone else had similar issues. It turns out about 90% are having the same issues and I just needed to try a different brand of hard wax.
Tolerable
I was sold by the packaging and the sweet smell of the beads. It does remove the thick tough hairs, but not so great with removing thin fine hairs. I've had to do 3+ passes on some areas (armpits and upper lip) and it can be wasteful when I apply the wax to an area with fine hairs and only picks up 5 hairs in one pass. I gave 3 stars because you get what you pay for.

I usually buy a different brand on a different website, but I didn't order in time so I had to go to Ulta to buy this one. Worst decision EVER. I will never put this on my skin again. I tried it on my face and it wasnt too bad, but it was so painful on my underarms.

DO NOT BUY
This is a TERRIBLE product. Doesn't get all the hair out and it gave me a skin reaction all over the face. So now I had red bumps and still have all my facial hair. Worst product I've tried.
