Shake well to activate formula. Saturate a cotton pad with remover. Hold pad over eye area for several seconds, then gently wipe downward. Use a fresh pad to remove long-wear lip products with side-to-side motions.

Not for sensitive skin
I purchased this because I wanted to try something new. I have sensitive skin and wear waterproof mascara, so I decided to try is. It burned the skin around my eyes and my skin was red and inflamed for two days after. Will not be repurchasing.

Perfect. I have tried everything possible and did not think anything at this price rate would work. And yet it works better than all the expensive remover's. I'd buy it in bulk as I don't want to run out of it.

i got it for my waterproof mascara, and it did nothing. It removed my other make up ok but the mascara took FOREVER to get off
