Using your fingertips, gently massage through wet hair and scalp. Leave in hair for two minutes, then rinse with warm water and follow with a Ouidad conditioner. Use weekly, or more if needed.

- Verified Reply - Brand ExpertThe main difference between Superfruit and Water Works is that Superfruit is sulfate free and tends to be gentler on the hair. While both are effective in cleansing you may need deeper cleansing which is often why our stylists then turn to Water Works. Superfruit is cleansing but it uses a different technology: fruit acids to remove the buildup. A silicone such as dimethicone is best used in small doses .Dimethicone is safe because the molecules are too large to physically enter your body beyond the upper living cells. Silicones such as dimethicone create a barrier between your hair and the elements; so in a way strands are protected from frizz, humidity and precipitation. AMAZING FOR HARD WATER BEATEN HAIR

This was a game changer. We have insanely hard water and I never realized just how much my hair was taking a beating. After ONE USE I felt like I had a different head of hair. I limit use to once a month. I did buy a new shower head with a powerful filter to better support the shampoo, but that was after I used it for the first time. Looking forward to using this shampoo with the new and improved soft water
