I will not order from Ulta- received used product
Seems like someone dipped a finger into it and scooped out a big chunk. Purchased smallest size, and there's already little product in it now imagine getting even less than that.I'm heading to Europe and don't have time to order another one online. How hard is it to check before shipping?
