New Formula Not For Acne Prone Skin

The old face base formula was a staple in my skin care routine that I used for over five years. I recently bought the new formula and have not changed anything else in my routine and have been breaking out horribly. I stocked up during a sale to have on hand. Unfortunately, there is no good policy for trying the new formula as you have to return within 30 days.

Hands down the best primer I've tried! Lightweight and hydrating on my combination skin, it visibly minimizes my pores, gives my foundation a flawless, longer-lasting finish, and despite my initial hesitation over the price, it's worth every dollar!
Perfect
I have very dry skin, and this is perfect as it doesn't cry me out like other primers. I still use a full skincare routine that includes a separate moisturizer before applying. The scent is a strong lemon scent but doesn't bother me. It certainly helps grip the makeup well so it stays-put all day. I've had better pore minimizing primers but I'll take the trade-off for the other benefits.
