I was disappointed in this fragrance because the only notes I could detect were the middles notes--magnolia and violet. I thought I would like the violet but it is too strong of a floral note. Absolutely beautiful scent: reminds me of Laura Mercier's Eau de Lune, which I loved but was retired years ago. This is a beautiful substitute!!!
