- Prep nails by using nail polish remover or acetone to clean surface. Use loop end of Pushy to gently push any stubborn polish from nails.
- Apply moisturizer or cuticle cream to gently soften cuticles. Use flat end of Pushy to push back cuticles and clean under and around nails.
- Use the fingernail clipper to trim nails into desired shape. Start at the corners and clip towards the center.
- Use the coarse side of the nail files to shape nails and the finer side to smooth nail edges. Start at the side of the nail and file in one direction towards the center. Repeat from opposite side until desired nail shape is achieved.

I really like the look of this Vintage Rose Manicure Gift Set by Tweezerman. It comes with 2 nail files, a fingernail clipper, and a dual ended pusher. I have never used a pusher before but one end is curved to clean under the fingernails, while the other is to push back cuticles. The clippers seem to do a good job with a clean cut. Nothing fancy with the files, but they get the job done. All in all, this makes a nice manicure set.
I see why people buy expensive clippers!

I usually just get some cheap clippers and other nail care tools from the dollar store or wherever I need them and happen to see them. But after using this set I can honestly see why it's a good idea to splurge. They are hefty clippers that have some weight and feel durable and long lasting. Those cheap ones I usually get end up breaking in some form or fashion pretty quickly.

Tweezerman is my of my favorite bands to turn to when it comes to tweezers so I was excited to get this gift set to review. I love the dual-ended vuticle pusher. It is durible and does uts job well. The nail clipper is small but mighty at clipping nails and the nail filers are cute and can be used several times before they're done.

This product came in handy. Even though it's a manicure set. It worked great to help my niece with an ingrown nail by using the cuticle pusher. Used the nail grippers on myself and my kiddos. It is now in my travel bag. However, the emery board wasn't all too good but did help.

These manicure instruments are effective at removing cuticles and grooming, hands without injury. I found them easy to use, and I like the compact case it comes in to optimize storage. They are a great accoutrement to my manicure and nail polish regime!O
