Not worth the money
For my photo, I chose a lipstick I knew would feather without primer or liner. (I'm not wearing a liner in the photo.) The Urban Decay side's lookin' a bit feathery compared to the MAC side. And that was just 30 minutes after application; the feathering on that side looked worse an hour later. Kinda...

Never Without This Product
I have been using this primer since Urban Decay introduced it. Whether it's lip pencil, stain or lipstick, this grabs on to the pigment, insuring a smooth application and color that lasts for hours. I keep one in my purse and one in my vanity, and recommend it enthusiastically.
Works well but is so difficult to sharpen
Sharpening this primer pencil is difficult because it is so soft. Will try placing it in the freezer next time before I sharpen to see if this helps. Lots of waste in sharpening, but I like that it goes on clear.

I had been using a product from "Two Faced" that helped with my lipstick bleeding. Unfortunately it is not available anymore… I really needed a product to help with "feathering". An associate at Ulta recommended I try this product. I could not be happier with it!! It really works! B
This product did NOT work. Do NOT purchase.
This product did not stop feathering nor did it hold the lip color in place. Totally worthless purchase. I strongly do NOT recommend!
