Its seems like a gimmick
I got one which stopped working after a week and wont show any signs of life even while plugged in.

So convenient to use and skin feels firmer and lifted
broke after a week
I was so excited about this that I used it every day for the first week after it came. It stopped registering whether or not it was touching skin after the first five days. I didn't mind that it was always on vibrate after that, but then it just stopped turning back on, too. It charged (showed the green light flashing, then solid) and still wouldn't turn on. Now it won't even show that it's plugged in either. Of course I already recycled the packaging or else I would be trying to get my money back. Good thing I got it on sale, I guess.
