Disappointed in "new & improved " Trinity Plus
I own each version and have been using for years & could really see an immediate lifting and feel it. This newest one so far is very disappointing. The APP was not informative in the least & I found it to be frustrating. It worked on my IPAD, but not on my Samsung phone , and there wasn't anyway ...

Worked until it didn't….
Upon opening/charging unit I immediately experienced an issue as it wouldn't start. Then, miraculously, it started. Used religiously as directed for just under 2 months and now it has stopped working. I'm now seeing multiple reviews with the same experience. I also could never get the device to pair on the app-another common problem. Emailed NuFACE directly and am on day 4 of not hearing back. They said 1-2 days…..yea ok. This unit was very expensive! I believe my return window is done for Ulta so I guess im out the money! Not acceptable especially for a known, common issue amongst users. Im especially upset because i was starting to see some subtle results! I hope Ulta can make this right as they sell the product OR stop selling it altogether! I work hard for my money.

After several weeks of using the Trinity+ as suggested, I really haven't seen any trype of dramatic results I thought I would see. I even used it almost every day. The only thing I will say is that it did diminish the dark circles under my eyes. I was using Thomas Roth under eye patches at the same time also, but I believe the Trinity+ plus the red light therapy were ultimately responsible for the improvement.

I've been using NuFACE for 3 months, and I started noticing broken blood vessels on my face in all areas where i applied the device. I'm super disappointed because there was no warning of this occurrence in the instruction and now I have permanent damage to my face.

The photo on the left was taken the first day I used NuFace on February 3rd, and the photo on the right was taken just one month later on March 3rd. My face went from looking like it was melting down and ending in noticeable jowls to tighter, lifted, and less prominent jowls IN JUST ONE MONTH!!! Thank you SO MUCH for inventing this incredible and EFFECTIVE device (Trinity+)!!! I am a devotee for life! :) P.S. I use the NuFace 5-6 times a week and most use the Cheek Pop and High Brow treatments with extra faces right below and on my jawline. It has made a HUGE difference in my jowls! I mean, it's INCREDIBLE!!! :)
