I have always been intimidated by red light therapy. I have heard amazing things about it but have never been able to find a mask that was easy to use and this turned out to be just that. The ease of use of this mask is high. Very easy to set up and very intuitive to use. Nothing too complicated for someone who isnt they most tech saavy. I found using this mask was a great way to unwind and was a clear signal to everyone that it was me time. The mask is comfortable. I was concerned as a male the mask wouldnt fit properly on my face as i do have a bigger face and there were no issues. The mask covered my entire face and I was able to real all the benefits of the mask. After a month of use i have seen very positive changes in my skin. The hyperpigmintation in my face has diminished. I have seen more eveneess across my entire face. I have seen more eveness around my eyes where i have finelines. They are not fully gone but they have diminished. The Solawave Wrinkle Retreat Light Therapy Mask is easily the most luxe and effective light therapy mask I have had the pleasure of using. The material is comfortable, and the mask's superb contour to the face left me amazed. I particularly enjoyed the nose opening, which is designed to accommodate different shapes, and the lip cutout. The eye cutouts are nice as well but do let in a marginal amount of light which I think could only be fixed by making them suction to the face. Use of the mask and remote is super intuitive, easy enough for a range from inexperienced to experienced light therapy users. With four kinds of light therapy used at the same time, this mask is a gem. Incredibly easy to implement into your everyday routine without hassle. I had no adverse reactions. Even with a pretty involved skincare routine, this treatment is so simple to use. Each session is only 3 minutes, and you literally just sit there. High-functioning lazy gals, rejoice! I usually lie down and close my eyes, but you can also walk around since it's completely cordless—you're not tethered to an outlet or stuck in one spot. It's also gentle enough for dry, sensitive skin. I've been using it pretty consistently (about 5x a week for the past 3 weeks). My wrinkles haven't magically disappeared, but I've definitely had more good skin days than usual—even during that time of the month. I'm excited to see what the longer-term results look like!
