I've tried it all...
I've tried almost every shampoo imaginable. From the cheapest to the most expensive... I don't know how I could have overlooked it. I remember using this shampoo as a teenager but I happened to try it again as a sample in a hotel!!! I was hooked and kept the bottle as I went in search of the sha...

New formula smells awful!
I've been using this product for years but they recently changed the formula and it smells awful! I compared my old bottle to the new one just to confirm and the ingredients have changed. Never going to use this product again. It's unfortunate as it's been a favorite and works well but it's not wort...

Horrible
I do not recommend this product. The shampoo and conditioner set leave my product horribly greasy.
Not the same formula
New bottle us NOT the same formula if you can read the ingredients. Info on bottle is very hard to read white font on tan bottle in even smaller print than before!
New formula-awful
My whole family has used this shampoo for years and loved it. However, the new formula dries out the hair, yet leaves you with a GREASY, itchy scalp and thick buildup. It is not isolated to just one family member-all of us are experiencing this. Very disappointed.
As other have said: Geez, the smell is AWFUL
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I used to be a huge fan of this shampoo. After my stylist recommneded a different brand, I've been using that for a few years. I decided to switch back to Paul Mitchell and, man-oh-man...that SMELL is intense and awful. I shower and wash my hair at night before bed, and I had to literally get up about an hour after I went to bed to re-wash my hair with the brand my stylist had recommended. The small was THAT strong and that bad it kept me awake! I had no idea they had changed the formula until I saw some other reviews. Paul Mitchell products are now just like every other mass-produced, grocery-store brand: made with cheap ingredients that are NOT good for you, and a smell that is intolerable.

Love my Paul Mitchell Awapuhi Shampoo. Very disappointed in the decreased size of the bottle.
