Aquaphor gave me a rash!
I've always been a loyal consumer of aquaphora because I have sensitive skin and it suited me best I was shocked when a rash showed up around my lips the culprit was the foam cap it grew a bactira in it causing a rash please don't buy this I have no problem with aquaphor but the cap on this product

Thought getting the aquaphor with the sponge top would be a great idea. Boy was i wrong. 1. You have to use both hands just to squeeze it to get it to come out. 2. The sponge top doesn't do anything but smear it and most of it ends up on the side of the sponge, than you gotta use your fingers to get it off and actually put it on where you needed it. I thought the point of it was so you didn't have to touch it? I'm homeless with my toddler and with little money to spend, I could have saved more money and bought a different kind that works better.

The new packaging on the 3oz tube is absolutely awful!!!! I understand the thought process of adding the foam pad, but you have made this almost unusable for me. People with diminished grip strength have an extremely difficult time squeezing the product out of this tube. Please go back to the standard flip top. There was nothing wrong with that packaging.

I had very dry, cracked heels. Other lotion brands and even Vaseline were not working. Enter Aquaphor Healing Ointment®. Within 1 month of nightly use, my heels were baby-smooth and moisturized. I now maintain with a use two times weekly, with lotion on the other days. Aquaphor Healing Ointment® saved my heels!

It's like a face massage but amazing
Messy
The applicator is super messy. The product itself works fine (i still like vaseline better for my lips which is what i usually use this for). The real problem i have with the applicator is it basically exploded on its own with the cap on when it was not being used. Since then its gotten worse and worse the product is all over the sides and top and the sponge came off when i tried to take the cap off. Cant seem to keep it from overflowing since its exploded. Would not repurchase this packaging style.
