Apply with fingers, blend and smooth on the cheeks. Pat on additional product to build coverage where needed. For best results, use after Tinted Moisturizer or Foundation. Laura Mercier recommends blending in a horse-shoe shape over the apple of the cheek to create the most natural effect. Avoid excess application close to the nose. Repeat application until desired coverage is achieved.

Got the blush in the color Provence and it's a beautiful soft nude pink shade. I was recommended this by LM customer service as a replacement for the cream blush, but it is a huge disappointment. Where the cream blush gave a natural healthy glow (people would comment on how well I looked), this new product leaves a shiny stain, even using the tiniest amount. As another reviewer suggested, it may work on younger skin, but it certainly does not suit the over 60s.
