I know the eyebrow gel is a universal shade but my question is, " once the brow gel is applied to the individuals brow, does the gel dry a WET look and is the brow gel waterproof?

There's shimmer in this. I am very surprised no one else has mentioned it in their review. It's the first thing I noticed when I opened it. If shimmery brows are your thing, this would be good for you.

Love this brow gel! Does its job.. keeps brows in place. The color is universal so I could see it matching a lot of different skin tones, hair colors, etc. I love this and my Anastasia brow gel equally. It never makes my brows stiff or crunchy. It is a very WET formula so be careful while wielding that brush. I have smeared it on my forehead by mistake before.

This brow gel only comes in one color and I would say it's a light brown. I have light blonde hair and was hesitant that this color would work for me. However, I can pull it off and it doesn't make my eyebrows too too dark. It has an incredibly wet formula. The pros to this are it gives you true definition and really calls out attention to each brow hair. At first application, it gives your brows a 'wet' look. It dried down a bit so obviously your brows don't look like you just splashed water on them all day. The cons to the wet formula are application. You have to use a light hand and possibly scrape some of the product off the side of the tube when you pull out the wand. You also have to lightly coat your brow hairs otherwise you will have one big wet clump of hairs. Overall I love the gel, its color, and how defined it makes your brow hairs look. I will repurchase and use it in my kit for clients. The color would really suit all hair colors except for the fairest of blondes, but even then you could brush through with a clean spoolie to get rid of excess color/product.
