    Q
I currently get just my roots highlighted more of a platinum blonde. Will this product match and be a good choice to use for a lower budget hair treatment?
    Asked by momma7
    Official Answer By Clairol
That would depend on the base color of your natural hair. If your hair is medium brown, you will want to use the Nice N' Easy Hi Lift in shade SB2 ( Summer Blonde)Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
My natural color is light brown and I have had my hair lightened by my hairdresser to blonde for several years. I am now wanting to go back closer to my natural color. (Also, I am starting to see grey.) Do I need to grow my hair out in order to change back to my natural color or is there a permanent hair color product that can help to do this quicker without using a "rinse".
    Asked by Mary
    Official Answer By Clairol
You will not need to grow your hair out but you should use a permanent color as it will put pigment back onto the strands of your hair that have been removed by the bleach. Was this answer helpful to you

    Does Perfect 10 stain skin?

Perfect 10 may temporarily leave pigment on the skin during the dying process but it can be removed with soap and water. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
Hi. I read the reviews and purchased the color 4 dark brown. I am not totally gray. I used it and it did not cover the gray I had. Partially. But it's obvious it didn't cover most especially on the part line. Why is this when you state total coverage of gray?
    Asked by Linda
    Official Answer By Clairol
Thank you for your question. Perfect 10 does cover grey when used at directed. There are some instances where the effect of the coverage would be lessened, such as hair being damp prior to application or styling product residue not allow the color to fully absorb. Was this answer helpful to you
    Q
I have thick hair that is to the middle of my back. I dyed it purple and blue recently. Will there be uneven color and Will one box cover it all?
    Asked by busy bee
    Official Answer By Clairol
Thank you for your question. One box should be sufficient for the length and thickness of your hair. We recommend combing the product through your hair from root to tip to ensure that the coverage is even. Was this answer helpful to you

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Pleasantly Surprised and So Happy

I'll admit, I was skeptical at first. I've never colored my own hair before — my highlights are usually done by a professional salon color specialist. But lately I've been looking for a more economical option, so I decided to try Clairol Root Touch-Up as a little experiment. I'm so excited to repor...

    Not worth the money

I have been buying Root Touch Up Medium Blond #8 for years. However, the quality of the product has declined. I get my roots professionally touched up every 6 weeks and use the Clairol Touch Up half way through at 3 weeks. The product used to hold the color until my salon appointment but not anymo...
