Wash feet with warm water and dry. Open packet, gently part "sock-type" foot mask along the top open seam, and slip over the feet. Leave on for a minimum of 20-30 minutes. If foot mask is too loose or you need to walk around, wear regular socks on top of foot masks to prevent slipping. No need to rinse after removal.

This mask is super easy to use. If you have tiny feet you can even wear a sock over the foot mask to hold the moisturizing formula onto your skin. Is super effective at exfoliation. Bought these to give a whirl and right off the bat they worked nicely, on both myself with very small feet and a friend with larger feet they stayed on and got, I have tired similar boot styles that include a strap around the ankle to keep them better secured which I felt this product would even fit...
