They send me the opened one
I bought three of this shampoo. one of them is opened and used. It is lighter. It is not an accident on the way because they knew it and use tap to fix the one has been opened and still send it to me. So bad.

Formula changed
I have been using this shampoo with matching conditioner for years. I even buy the bulk sizes. My most recent bottle I bought in May is not working for me. It's thick, gummy, gets stuck in the pump, doesn't lather well, and leaves my scalp oily by early afternoon the next day! There is a noticeable difference in the texture of this batch and it's making my hair harder to manage. Once I'm done with this bottle, I'm not going back. It's too expensive to be troubleshooting an oily scalp and gummy pump daily.
Love the scent!
This shampoo is great not just for the scent but the way it cleans my hair. I use the same type in the conditioner. Whenever someone comes near my head, say I am sitting ad someone bends over my shoulder to talk to me, they always comment about how nice my hair smells. When I wash my hair in the shower, the scent permeates. It equally calms me and awakens me!
Not Happy
Tea Tree has really changed their shampoo. It leaves your hair dry, not moisturizing anymore. Wish they'd go back to their original shampoo, it was great
