How To Use

For best performance, store your Tattoo Liner flat and shake before use.

Still feeling dry? Wipe tip with a damp tissue to remove eyeshadow build-up.

Use light pressure for fine, exact lines (perfect for creating sharp wings). Add more pressure to create a thicker, bold eyeliner look. The formula is designed to layer, so you can keep drawing over your lines until your work is complete.

Ingredients

Aqua/Water/Eau, Styrene/Acrylates Copolymer, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat., 1,2-Hexanediol, Acrylates/Octylacrylamide Copolymer, Pentylene Glycol, Beheneth-30, Phenoxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Disodium EDTA, Ethylhexylglycerin, Tocopherol, Black 2 (CI 77266) [Nano].

Used to be perfect

I have used this eyeliner almost everyday for YEARS and it's AMAZING, howeverrrrrr I think the company must have changed its formula or something because now it is really hit or miss. I have had to return every new one I have purchased in the past half year because they are so dry. Luckily, I didn't...

My go to Liquid Liner

Submitted 1 year ago

By Angel

From California

Despite other reviews I haven't had any issues with my liner drying out, except for my mini one i left in the car during the summer🤷🏼‍♀️. Mine works fine over eye shadow and doesn't smudge.

When eyeliner is used over eyeshadow, it dries out the tip. It will ruin the liner.

Changed formula

This eyeliner used to be my goto. Until i ordered it for a pick up and i used it the next day and to find out there was no ink. It was dry. So i took if back and had to swatch a few and found one good one. I did tell the girl up front that some of them are dry. I ran out recently and went through the same problem, but had no luck this time..So beware when you purchase. It's honestly very disappointing when this used to be my favorite eyeliner. Not aymore.

Terrible product

I just got this in the mail and started to use it, i lined one eye and by the second one thw product was barely there and streaky. Not worth the money at all but I will say it is one of the more easier eyeliners to apply. If they can fix the formula they would have a great product.

End of an era.. R.I.P. tattoo liner

Submitted 2 years ago

By Dani

From Brooklyn

I was a tattoo liner loyalist for YEARS.. heed the warnings about the new formula. First application out of the box was almost too dry to use. 0 glide.. getting enough product out for two eyes was a purgatory cycle of closing/ shaking/ reopening/ drawing lines on hand/ drawing lines on eyes only to peel up existing product. If you need me I'll be crying off my no longer smudge proof liner.
