Fill in brows with short, hair-like strokes using the top of the angled tip. Shade, shape, and fill in brows with the flat side. Apply with a light hand for subtle color or more firmly for deeper pigment. Apply gently to prevent breaking the precision tip. Brush and groom with the spoolie. To sharpen, hold at an angle and rub against the ridges. Gently move side-to-side until reaching desired sharpness.
