This Kylie Cosmetics primer can be worn on its own or under makeup. For best results, apply a thin, even layer to clean, moisturized skin. Use your fingertips to smooth it from the center of your face outward to hydrate and prep your skin. If you're wearing makeup, let the primer set before applying any other products. When finished, dispose of the empty primer at a dedicated makeup recycling point or in line with local standards.

Confused by this primer
I bought this because I saw it won an Allure Best of Beauty award and i LOVE the skin tint so i was so sure this would be a win but yikes. It pilled off all my makeup, and i saw zero 'glazing' effect with this product. I used all Kylie Cosmetics, as i figured that the primer would be made to work with Kylie's complexion products but it made my skin tint pill off and look super patchy, and on top of that it ended up looking dryer than when i use my typical primer. It feels nice on the skin, but its more blurring than hydrating on my oily skin. Even right after application, my skin didn't look hydrated or glowy at all. I had high hopes, but this was such a let down and i did end up returning it because i could not get it to work. Would not recommend this at all.
