Worst Dyson
Excited to purchase this. Used it for the first time and would not get hot. Apparently you can not control the temperature unless you use specific attachments. Returning tomorrow.
Great until it just stops working

loved this tool, even though I think it's a bit overprice, But after about a year, it just stopped working. RIP it was a gift so I won't be getting another one. for what you pay it shouldn't stop working. Especially after a year and I use it once a week.

It took forever to dry my hair, and I was not able to turn it back on after my first time using it. I have had cheaper hair dryers that have been better than this. Not worth the money. I do not under stand what happened. But I am mad.

I was very disappointed with my large purchase. This dryer is very heavy, and hard to maneuver. It blows crazy output, but because I cannot handle the heaviness, my hair comes out crazy. I will be calling the store manager to learn about the refund policy.
