I'm impressed how well this foundation works and that it's nontoxic. I was using ilia for a long time but found that it doesn't stay on your face that well plus I get tired of spending $45+ for it. This stuff stays in place and still looks pretty good at the end of the day and is $20 cheaper. I will buy again. It feels lightweight on your face. With someone that is prone to acne and sensitive skin, it didn't seem to make me break out. I will say because it's a stick It goes on where you put it so you have to work a little to make sure it blends in.

I bought this more with the intention of using it as a concealer than a foundation. I liked the clean ingredients and versatility of the product. When I opened the package, a puff of strong-smelling air escaped. What was that? I wondered. I smelled inside the box and the product itself, and didn't really smell anything, so I thought maybe it was a fluke. I applied the product under my eyes, and though it was very creamy and glided on smoothly, it almost immediately settled into and accentuated my creases. I tried it on the side of my nose, where it worked OK, although not with the coverage I'd hoped for. For the rest of the day, I kept smelling a faint odor that reminded me of a chemical herbicide. Maybe it's the bamboo, but I've never smelled that in a cosmetic before. I am particularly sensitive to scents, so most people probably won't even notice it, but I won't buy this product again. (And of course it went on sale before I'd even received mine!)

Love love love the texture, feel and how it minimizes my pores! My only disappointment was not ordering the right shade but will the next time!!!!! Still gets 5 stars for the product!

I've been using Well People concealer sticks for the past 5 years and I loved the previous concealer sticks. This version is good as a light foundation but not as a concealer. I have dark circles under my eyes and previous versions of this product did a great job of covering up these dark circles but this version does not at all. If you are looking for a light foundation, this might be great for you but I would not recommend as a concealer.
