Used to be great, not anymore
I used to use the old version of this product which I loved, then they reformulated and switched from a twist to a sharpener which was awful. I ordered multiple versions thinking I got a bad product but they were all bad. Then I found this this product and love it, but I had a hard time tracking it...

Cap design made for a poor experience
Bought two eyeliners, one for my mother and one for myself. After our separate trips we came home with the same story: Clear cap for the smudger fits perfectly inside the liner lid, rendering it in unabel to close. Liners dries out in a day. TWO wasted products. 😒
