Incredibly drying
I have naturally very oily eyelids, and this definitely cut the oil, but also made my eye area flaky and sucked all the moisture out, making my eyes look dry, older than I am, and saggy. I had high hopes for this as my circles have become a big concern. I paid for overnight shipping and my order arrived 3 weeks later… I got a shipping refund but was frustrating. I finally received and after using religiously am and pm for 4 weeks and I have seen not even the smallest effects. It is not even hydrating. I would not recommend.

While I'm not a dark circle person necessarily, as I've gotten older, I am waking up with puffiness. This is perfect for decongesting the eye area and leaving it brighter. It works quickly and I can put makeup on right over it. Best of all, you only little a small amount for both eyes. This is my go-to for my morning routine. Highly recommend!

Bought this on sale because of raving reviews. It truly works. I have sometimes have either other problems dark circle or puffiness. They cancel out both within weeks. The only hard part is that price! Wait for it to go on sale.
