Should be a Little Softer
It is difficult to apply. I tried heating it with my breath but didn't make it much softer. Also, the pencil color wiggles around in the dispenser and there isn't anyway to sharpen it. Just tears at my eye when I try to apply it.

This eyeliner goes on smoothly and lasts all day. It also has a built in sharpener.

How to prevent breakage
This product has many good attributes, but it is expensive. And like all automatic pencils regardless of price, they break. To prevent that, do not twist up too much product. Keep the tip short. Hold the pencil horizontal to your eyelid and gently drag it across sideways. Never hold the pencil at right angles to your lid, and don't press down on it. If you follow this advice, your pencil will last longer.

This creamy eyeliner applies evenly, deepens in tone with repeated strokes, and lasts all day. Like any other product of this type, a bit of practice makes perfect. A steady hand and even pressure assures a great result though.
