First off, they should stop calling this a balm because it's not balming whatsoever. I purchased it because I haven't previously tried anything from The Ordinary that didn't work, until this. Don't waste your money! Awful product.
I had high hopes for this product because I have liked everything else from this brand that I have tried. This however was the worst lip balm I have EVER tried. It is chunky, last all of 2 seconds and it smells awful!
Good product, a bit pricey
Nice lip balm, keeps lips moist. I use overnight. It is a bit pricey but works well
Chronic Chapped Lips Improved
I was looking for something different, usually use aquaphor or vaseline on my lips because they are chronically dry. Like peeling all the time, even if I exfoliate they are peeling by EOD. I bought and tried this, within probably 2 weeks of using it when my lips are dry the peeling is all but gone.
Smells like maple syrup
I am returning this because even though it felt nice, it smelled like maple syrup all day and was quite annoying.

I really don't feel it leaves my skin soft or hydrated. Maybe I'm not using it correctly. I hear so many love this product don't see hype at all.
