First off, they should stop calling this a balm because it's not balming whatsoever. I purchased it because I haven't previously tried anything from The Ordinary that didn't work, until this. Perfect for getting smooth, hydrated lips
I don't understand the low rating for this product. It's my go to for lip balms, nothing else keeps my lips feeling hydrated and smooth. I wear it under gloss and lipstick and its amazing. It healed my teen's lips and I recommend to all my friends. It is slighlty difficult to push, which is why i gave it a 4 instead of 5
Great product, but did we think this packaging through?
The product is fantastic- I've bought several and none of them have any kind of scent or taste. It also looks completely natural on the lips: no color, no shine, no glitter. Perfect bedtime moisturizer for lips. But come on- what's the deal with the packaging? You have to squeeze SO HARD to get any out, and the little bottle is so rigid that you are going to leave half the product in there unless you cut the top off or something. This needs to be in a squeezier little tube that you can flatten as you use the product.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I love this lip balm. It lasts a long time also. Definitely worth it and feels great and hydrating on your lips.
