First off, they should stop calling this a balm because it's not balming whatsoever. I purchased it because I haven't previously tried anything from The Ordinary that didn't work, until this. I love it so far
I'm trying to condition my 58 year old lips and fine lines around mouth. I use the ordinary volume oil, and I usually put aquaphor on top, but I bought this one today and I've been using it today, I have really sensitive skin soo I'll have to follow up, but I really like the feeling of it. The applicator is off, it definitely could be better, that's important to me.I will be using it mostly at night for a deep hydration mask. Follow up soon.

I bought this because I have severely chapped lips and I was recommended it. it dried out my lips more made them bleed...

I love the smooth, silky feeling on my lips. But the pros end there. There's absolutely no moisturization happening, and it dries so quickly. It's cheap, but definitely not worth it. Try something else.

used this during the day and kept having to reapply... I don't normally have to use my chapstick as much as I had to for this product ): got the "scrub" (really just an oil?) to use in combo for overnight treatment and I didn't really notice a difference. sad cuz I love this brand
