^Photo is just for my hair color reference and was taken before I used this product* To each their own but this wasn't it for me. I've been using Matrix brass off for years and decided I wanted to try the So Silver because I like when I have that slight silver tone after a purple shampoo so decided to try the mask before getting a big shampoo and conditioner. This product is the consistency of lotion not at all like the brass off mask. If you leave it on too long you will see a very faint green tinge in some lighting.. I rather have a slight purple that the brass off can cause. I didn't notice any more of a silver after using this.
Works Amazing!
Me and my friend home bleached my roots (naturally dark brunette) and it turned out literally orange… This product totally saved my hair! After one wash it already looks like the rest of my professionally bleached hair, just a bit yellow. I can't wait to see what it will do in the next wash!

Really nice mask for ashy blondes. It helps remove brassiness while also keeping hair super conditioned. I use this once a week during wash day and absolutely love it. So it helps prolong the distance between salon appointments for toning.

This mask did a very nice job of removing the warm /orangy tones from my blonde hair, but it did leave a slight blue/green tint to some strands of hair. I say blue/green because that is the color of the mask. It says to leave on up to 5 mins, I left on about 3 mins and made sure I rinsed it about 90 seconds longer than I would normally rinse a purple shampoo or mask. Unfortunately, I still wound up with the slight blue/green tone on my lightest strands. My hair is blonde... But not the lightest shade possible by any means. I have since used regular (not purple) shampoo and I can still see the blue/green. Everyone I ask says they can't tell, but its definitely there. So I would just use caution if you are very blonde and rinse several mins longer than normal. Otherwise it did a great job with removing the warm tones!
