I admittedly was ready to be unimpressed but let me tell you- this file is LEGIT! It has what can only be described as fine-grain sandpaper on each side, and I keep it in the shower so my feet are already nice and softened up. I'm barefoot all the time and my heels get super cracked and dry, and it feels like even spa pedicures can't even fix it. I used this ONCE, with no fancy lotions or scrubs or anything, and IMMEDIATELY my heels were 80-90% better than before!!! It's a sturdy little paddle but gentle enough to use every shower, and so easy to rinse right off. I also love out the curved edge cups your heel and the rounded edge helps get everywhere else really effectively. Highly recommend!!!

It helps with getting ready for summer with some smooth pretty feet. I love the curve, it helps make quick work of the heel. I also turned it over so I could use it on the bottom of my feet in the arch area, it makes that area so smooth so fast. It's great for packing up for trips as well. Highly recommend!

This foot file is very easy to use. I soaked my feet for 10 minutes in an epsom salt bath and then went to town with this file. I love that it is designed to hug the foot rather than being straight. It did a nice job of smoothing my feet out.
