False advertising. These are sold everywhere! However, purchased at Ulta because of the advertising stating a free bag comes with purchase. Advertisement even on shelf! Go to check out, ask for "free advertised bag" the lady looks at me like I have three eyes. She makes a phone call and then tells me the store never received any. Does not offer a replacement. I call customer service… basically so sad too bad attitude. Why did I waste my time driving to purchase these advertised with the incentive free bag… when I could conveniently purchased at a closer location?
