Sturdy silicone back brush works as intended
I like this back brush. I find it is easier to use this brush to reach my upper back from bottom-up rather than from over the shoulder, top-down. I've only used it for about two weeks now so I can't say anything about it growing mold, but I imagine it should be easy to eradicate the mold if it does ...

Mixed feelings
I bought this back brush 6-8 months ago because I injured my upper back/shoulders & neck and can't easily reach my back like I used to. The silicone bristles are very soft & gentle on your skin. my favorite!
After trying a few of the Earth Therapeutics brushes this one is my definite fav. I love the feel of the silicone bristles - they scrub without causing irritation, and I loveeee the other side of the head too which offers such a nice massage feeling. It's water resistant so it doesn't get moldy either. LOVE!
Great for washing my back
I'm a pretty tall person, so this makes it super easy to wash my back. I've surrendered my loofah and switched to this to avoid a buildup of bacteria between washes. The silicone is also super soft and feels great on my skin.
Great for back surgery
Had back surgery and got this to be able to wash my legs and back since I'm not able to bend or twist for 6 weeks. Overall happy with how well it has worked for me. I will say my body wash doesn't get super bubbly if you just put it directly on it but if you "pre-lather" the brush it works well.
Works if you bend the neck
The handle is straight so its not very ergonomic. After I carefully bent the neck, this item is mostly usable, but beware you'll only be able to use one side. Handle could be longer too
Disappointed
I was excited to try this as an eco-friendly alternative to loofah on a long stick but it does not distribute soap onto my skin and instead of just stays in the scrubber. I use this on my back with special wash to control acne breakouts and I have had a major increase in breakouts over the last few weeks when I started using this
