Using your finger, the applicator or your favorite tool, apply a thin layer to eyelids (or anywhere you're applying shadow) for crease-free, all-day staying power. Allow primer to set for 20-30 seconds before applying eyeshadow.

Ive tried a lot of shadow primers but this is by far the best. It isnt tacky and hasnt creased my shadows at all.

Super great formula. I have hooded eyelids and this prevents creasing with cream, liquid, and powder formulas. Only con is the products slight pigment which could be a problem for medium to deep skin tones.

Not for me :(
I have pretty oily eyelids and eyeshadow ALWAYS creases on me and this did not help one bit. It has a very smoothing, almost silicony texture which might be nice on some people, but just did not work for me. Honestly the free Ulta brand eyeshadow primer I got as a gift with purchase during the holiday deals is much better.
