This is the Goat and Grail of Setting Powders
I was gifted this Fenty finishing powder called "Set it Down" in exchange for my honest review. TL:DR, I am literally in love with THIS and I am 99% that you will too. A very expensive luxury brand used to have a loose setting powder that would set your makeup so well, that once the transparent pow...

Picked the wrong shade
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Okay first I wanted to say I never got a chance to use this product. When it asked if I wanted to claim it I never realized it was for a darker skin person. But I can say the formula was very pigmented and when I tested the formula the powde...

Smooth,natural
I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This loose setting powder is so great. It's goes on light and smooth, without feeling heavy or cake. The finish is natural but still does a great job.
Horrible downgrade from the pro filter powder
I have been using the pro filter butter powder for years, and I decided to get a restock in this powder thinking it was the same but turned out to be more cakey, ugly looking, and I just really wish the reformation was back. It used to make my makeup look flawless.
half the size, same price tag
I've been buying this for a couple years now as a professional makeup artist. its always been expensive but it last for a while and works great. Just purchased a new one and it half the amount of product for the same price! very disappointed and may be returning for a less expensive option. also the new packaging is terrible
I'm heartbroken
Ive been a ride or die for the previous powder for 8 YEARS. I went to go buy a restock and came home and notice that its HALF THE SIZE and a darker shade. I figured i would try it anyway and see if it works. No. Simply no. It instanly turned me orange. I tried to fix it and my concealer and powder on my under eyes completely disappeared. Its so drying, i felt like my skin was cracking. Its horrible.
Very different from the pro fltr formula. Will return it.
The formula feels cakey, and almost has a sheen effect to it. More than a setting powder applies like a finishing powder. Will be returning the item. I also dislike the packaging, as the powder does everywhere when trying to tap it onto the puff.
