TO INSTALL BATTERIES (not included): Remove battery cover. Install 3 AA new batteries as indicated on battery compartment. Replace battery cover by snapping it into place.

Mirror is NOT LED at all

Mirror is awesome!
I previously owned a Conair normal and 10 magnified mirror, so I trust this brand. It is improved and up graded than my old model. It works great for getting my makeup just right!
Not good
I received this mirror for Christmas, I do not like it. One side is so magnifying that I can't even use it. It's literally blurry unless I get super close. I would not recommend this product.
Irritating to Set Up
To get the light to work you have to put in three AA batteries, it does not come with batteries. To get them in you also have to have a tiny screwdriver because there is a tiny screw keeping the panel closed. It is really annoying/irritating if you do not have a tiny screwdriver, there is nothing on the packaging to indicate you will need this for the tiny screw. This makes it really irritating to set up the mirror so the light will work. They should either use a more standard screw, include a tiny screw driver, do away with the screw altogether (because why is it necessary for the flat bottom of the mirror to be screwed in?), or have batteries already in the device. Instead, they present you with the worst of all worlds.

no i wouldn't unless i don't have any 10x mirror
i like the overall size. i like the two sides feature. the normal size is good. the 10x's size isn't. it poor quality glass mirror. i have my sister has. hotels have better quality mirrors. you have to be super close in to see in it. you can't view your hole face at once. better than nothing. i myself don't like the light around the mirror even when not on. you still see a light ring in your eye when trying to see your contacts. to be fair my eyes have always been light sensitive.
