pleasant to use but doesn't do anything

Cooling applicator, but pills under makeup
I really enjoyed the feeling of the applicator! I've tried some other products with a similar mechanism and this is the first to actually feel cooling on my skin. However, everytime I used it before makeup it would cause extreme cakiness/pilling. I tried multiple concealer formulas and allowing it to dry between steps, but it didn't work for me
Piling and Cast
I had high hopes for this based on all of the reviews. I'm 39 with fine lines and this did nothing for them. When used at night, i would wake in the moring to find a crusty cast. When used in morning, no matter long I let it set, it always pilled with any makeup. Truly disappointing. As for the applicator, I didn't care for it. If you have mature skin, skip this.
Forever Repurchase
I'm 39 and I've been using this product for about five years. This is my forever repurchase eye cream. Since I was in highschool I've struggled with dark circles and creases below my eyes. I began using my Mom's All About Eyes Clinique samples but it didn't seem to make a difference. Over the next 25 years or so I tried every eye cream on the market but nothing seemed to make a difference. Some even caused stinging and milia which took a long time to reverse. Finally, I decided to try an affordable eye cream from a brand that focuses on being efficacious and gentle. I figured if eye creams don't make a difference I would at least try one that would not do damage. Enter Cocoking Revitalizing Eye Cream. This is the sleeper hit of the decade for me. The first thing I noticed was the way I would feel so relaxed after applying and gently massaging this cream into my temples and patting gently into my under eyes and slong my brow bone. This encouraged me to use it both morning and night. Over time i realized my dark circles were gone. I no longer use concealer. I also noticed my creases were gone and my eye area looks better than they did in my twenties. I've probably purchased about ten tubes and I will continue to repurchase. My 53 year old husband uses it too now and really enjoys it as well. He really likes the cooling applicator.
