I'm satisfied with my order. One observation I made tho is that it works better with thicker hair than fine or thinner hair. My sister has thicker hair and it seemed to do the job better on her. Maybe that's what it was intended for and I missed that part.

My hair is very thick and coarse - maming dentangling process dreadful at times. However, after using this comb for wash day my hair was so easy to comb. Would recommend for my thick hair girlies!
