Hold cuticle pen horizontally. Slowly twist to release cuticle oil into ceramic tip. Push down toward the cuticle line from the center of the nail to remove excess cuticle on the nail bed. Wash hands and wipe tip with tissue after each use.

I have never really buffed my nails before so this was curious to try. I have to say that I couldn't really tell how much I was buffering off because I could see it shaving off my nail and after awhile I thought ok that's too much. The oil infused cuticle eraser is pretty easy to use. It took a bit of twisting to get the first bit of oil out. My nails are painted now but my cuticles looked really neat and shiny when I used it.
