Hold cuticle pen horizontally. Slowly twist to release cuticle oil into ceramic tip. Push down toward the cuticle line from the center of the nail to remove excess cuticle on the nail bed. Wash hands and wipe tip with tissue after each use.

I received this product free from Sally Hansen and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. This pen was very convenient and easy to use at home. My hands can get very dry and damaged in the wintertime, but after a few days of use my cuticles look healthy and tidy. It does take a bit more concentration when working with my non-dominant hand, but it is not unmanageable. The oil is very nourishing. I had to turn the end quite a few times before the oil first started to come out. This is not a defect of course; it is to protect against spillage during storage and transit. It was only slightly confusing at first when I didn't know what to expect.

I didn't really feel like the oil helped nourish my nails. The ceramic tip did help push my cuticles back but it roughed my nails up too much rather than buffed

It works so well! I did have to twist it a lot to get the oil going, but once I got it going it worked so well. The oil really helped to push the cuticles back. It did not hurt while I was doing it. The oil left my nails and cuticles so moisturized.

It took my like 80 twists to get the oil out, but once I got it going, it worked perfectly. The tip is similar to a pumice stone, so it nicely trimmed up extra cuticle on my nail. I pushed a little too hard on one cuticle, so be careful. The oil really helps the dry cuticle area.
