Apply a dime-sized amount to wet hair at the scalp. Lather and work down to the ends. Rinse. For extra cleansing, repeat.

Shampoo is like using detergent
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I love and have been using the Hydrate Sheer shampoo for years, but wanted a volume shampoo as my hair thins so thought I'd stay with Pureology. This was the worst shampoo I've ever used. Only used a small amount and It stripped my hair and made it feel like tangled straw. It took a lot of effort and conditioner to be able to get a brush through. Would never use again.
