For bath soak, pour 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes.
To use as an exfoliant, mix a handful with your favorite Dr Teal's Body Wash and gently massage onto skin.

Horrible Smell
I love all things lemon and epsom salts, but this product smells absolutely digusting! It filled my bathroom with an overpowering offensive stench. I had to drain the tub and rinse this horrible product out of the tub, but the stench continues to linger. I ordered this epsom salt solution online ...

I love all things lemon and epsom salts, but this product smells absolutely digusting! It filled my bathroom with an overpowering offensive stench. I had to drain the tub and rinse this horrible product out of the tub, but the stench continues to linger. I ordered this epsom salt solution online and saw lemon balm. The back of the bag, which I unfortunately did not see, says sage and thyme essential oils. No lemon scent with this bag. I did not want to smell a Thanksgiving turkey with sage and thyme, just lemon. So disappointed and need to air my home out because the vent cannot remove this horrible smell fast enough.

I like how the salts melt into the water unlike any other Epson salts I've used. On so many occasions I've left Epsom out of my Bath due to chunky salts hurting ur bumm Not with this one it does exactly what it is supposed to do!! And leaves skin great
