unpleasant scent/flavor
Lovely color (the mauve one), great staying power (especially for a gloss), even application and no bleeding. However, it has a very very unpleasant aroma/flavor. For me it ruined what would have been a stellar product and I took it back to the vendor.

I wanted to try a gloss product but was concerned I might be too old (75) but trust my EL products. I ordered the Melted Rose color but it was a little too dark for everyday use for me. Second try was Melted Melon, and it's just the right color, looking more natural for daily use. I'm not a fan of the taste but it's not enough to stop using the gloss. It's easy to apply and I am a fan of the way to add more product from the tube. Arthritis makes it hard to open some of EL's lipstick tubes. This is a nice product combining color and gloss all in one.

I truly think this may be the best lipstick/color I have ever tried. Not only does it moisturize beautifully the color stays on! I can use this without adding an addition moisturizer on top of the color. Thank you Estée Lauder!
