I do think it's claims do exactly as what they say. Very soothing. I reused the packet 2 more times after opening so there is a lot of product. In fact, a bit too much since it's supposed to be single use. Never noticed any pore clogging, sensitivities, or strong heavy fragrance. Bought it during a sale and would repurchase again. Very pleased with this product.
