Don't push the bristle pad down
I live thisline of brushes though i usually grab the regular wet brush, i figured id treat myself to the pro since its nicer looking. I tried washing it, and accidentally pushed the pad where all the bristles are, down. So its concaved inwards into the beush and wont come out. Ive had it drying for ...

Bristles Collapse
Within two weeks of buying this brush, 17 of the bristles completely collapsed back into the brush. I can pull them out again, but they immediately push back in as soon as I start brushing again. I have fine, straight hair; so it isn't like I'm trying to do anything crazy with this brush.
Avoid! Moisture buildup!!
I really wanted to like this brush but i had it for less than a year for the bristle to be falling off from mositure buildup. Holds way too much water to be advertised as a wet brush.
