So waxy and dry, it just pulls on my skin without depositing color. I was testing it on my arm, and my skin was red and irritated with only the tiniest amount of color actually deposited on my skin. I was so excited to try it due to the great reviews and the nice packaging, but I'm shocked at how bad it was.
