I love this BOBBIE BROWN pot rouge velvet matte for lips and cheeks in the shade Peony. This product is a beautiful shade of pink. Perfect for when I need a pop of color but don't want anything too heavy. This product blends beautifully. Dries matte, and feels very light. The soft plum shade is super flattering and easy to blend. The velvety matte finish looks natural on both cheeks and lips. I've been wearing it as my daily lipstick. I purchased Warm Mocha. The first time I used it, it didn't seem like I was getting much color payoff on my cheeks. I was applying it with finger tips. Also, by the end of the day it looked like it had faded. I learned a little trick. Pat it on your cheeks with your finger tips and lightly blend. I got good color payoff with one application, and it stayed on during the day. As for using it for a matte blurred lip stain...I'm still on the fence on that application. It felt really dry on my lips, I needed a gloss over it for moisture. Also, when I applied Warm Mocha on my lips by myself, it looked patchy. It just wasn't an even application like w/ the regular pot rouge. As a blush, it's great. As a lip stain, jury's still out.

I absolutely love this lip and cheek product! The color is gorgeous and perfect for both blush and lipstick. It's very pigmented and lasts a long time and I didn't have to keep reapplying it or anything. After using it for several days it's definitely become my favorite product that I have right now!
