A bought a shade darker than what suits my skin best but it is very beautiful when put on the skin in a controlled manner. The highlight dries fairly quickly when placed in smaller precise amounts. it's hard to get a natural quantity out using the wand, but it's easier to control when placed on the back of the hand. It gives a very bold shine when used full pigment and blended lightly, but gives a more natural glow when blended completely, which looks beautiful on the cheeks. It may take off some base makeup so using tapping motions with a finger is preferred instead of swiping. it's a great highlighter for mixing into liquid or cream blushes, or foundation to give a light glow. Overall it's a great highlighter and the quantity may last years if used everyday.
