Q
Would this damage your cuticle if you went to close to your cuticle?
Asked by Harp
Official Answer By Red Carpet Manicure - Brand Engage
Hello 😊 it can damage your cuticles if not used properly, but when used correctly, it won't cause harm. Tips on using this E-File: 1) Use the Right Bit: Ensure you’re using the correct bit for cuticle care. A fine, soft bit is ideal for shaping the nail surface or cleaning around the cuticle. Coarse bits can be too harsh and may cause injury. 2) Gentle Pressure: Apply minimal pressure while using the E-File. Pressing too hard can cause the tool to drag across the skin, leading to cuts or abrasions. 3) Low Speed: Always use the E-File on a lower speed when working near the cuticle area. Higher speeds can make it harder to control and increase the risk of cutting or damaging the skin. 4) Proper Technique: It’s important to move the E-File in the correct direction, and avoid staying in one spot for too long. Moving it too quickly or erratically can cause unnecessary friction or injury. Was this answer helpful to you

Works pretty well!

At first I was unsure about buying this product because I tend to make purchases based off reviews, and this product is new and hasn't been reviewed yet, but I'm glad I took the risk! I've recently began doing my own nails since going to the salon is too expensive at this point, and this is a great ...

I tried to use this to remove my nail extensions and it stopped working halfway through my first hand… tried to charge it but once you add a tip, it doesn't spin

Love it and easy to take on the go

My old nail drill was metal, heavy, and had the cord attached. This one is perfect, light weight, and easy to take on the go. I love all the different attachments for removal and nail care. Was also impressed with how powerful it was with only three speed settings and being so small. I have only used it once and so far I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Reading previous reviews, they say it stops working after only using a few times, I am hoping that does not happen.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

No such luck. I will have to return it. Ive had to stop 3 times so far and only half done.

spent a little more than my previous drill and this one completely stopped working after the second use. It just gradually stopped spinning.
