As someone who has suffered from different degrees of acne since I am a teen, I was super excited to receive PanOxyl PM Blemish Aftercare Brightening Patches to test out as I have these two dark spots that I cannot get rid of (from acne or the sun), but I must say after using I am super disappointed...

these workkk! these are magical i swear. they're not drying or irritating at all and they grip to the skin really well. it only takes a coupon of days and my blemish areas are so much brighter and less red!

after a few uses i have already noticed my bright red spots to appear a bit duller! i use these every night overnight and they stick in very well. they're easy to use and make a difference. i wish more came in the pack since they do end up being used up pretty quickly

I tried the PanOxyl Blemish Aftercare Brightening Patches, and while they're easy to apply, I didn't notice much improvement in my dark spots or post-blemish marks. There was a mild stinging sensation at first, and the patches sometimes left a bit of redness once I removed them. Also they took a while to fully absorb. After finishing the pack, I still didn't see any real change, so maybe I'd need to use more of them over a longer period to know if they actually work. Overall, they're decent but not very impressive.
