As someone who has suffered from different degrees of acne since I am a teen, I was super excited to receive PanOxyl PM Blemish Aftercare Brightening Patches to test out as I have these two dark spots that I cannot get rid of (from acne or the sun), but I must say after using I am super disappointed...

My kids and I have used these patches the last week or so. It didn't take long to see results. Redness was gone overnight. The packaging was easy to get into and to use. We didn't notice any scent whatsoever either. I wish there more per box, however. We will be buying more.

I really wanted to like these PanOxyl Blemish Aftercare Brightening Patches, the size of the patches is great but there were 2 main reasons I couldn't entirely like them: 1. They didn't seem to do what they were advertised to do, which was be brightening aftercare patches that helped with red spots and dark spots. I did not really notice any brightening effect, nor did it reduce redness covered by the triangle compared to skin around the patch. They work great as regular pimple patches/hydrocolloid patches, but that's about it. 2. Although the big size is great in theory, I'm not sure if it's due to the triangle shape or that fact the patches are so big, but in certain places on the face, they wrinkle/pucker as shown in some of my photos. Since these are meant to be worn overnight while you're sleeping, you move around unknowing causing even further wrinkling/puckering and it holds that shape on your skin. So when you remove the patches the next morning, those wrinkles/lines are still there embedded into your face. They do go away again after a while, but I'd imagine with repeated use those wrinkles could become permanent and I just wouldn't want to risk it, especially for a product that is basically like a large pimple patch, when I can just use regular size pimple patches and avoid such a problem. Other than that, as shown in the pictures, the patches collect several spots worth of gunk/moisture at once, which has its benefits, but I'm not sure I believe the pros outweigh the cons.

This PanOxyl brighting patch is great. I used it one time and I was so impressed. It's very easy to use and it's worth the price for sure. There isn't any scent and the ingredients are clean. So that even better.

I gave this product a 1 star review simply because it didn't give me any results. Their blemish patches work for me but these did nothing. They are also huge and took up the majorly of my face. After removing them the morning after using them, they would leave large triangles on my face and the residue would not come off even after using a cleanser.
