I love this product. I have fine hair and this really thickens it up. A little goes a long way. I put about a teaspoon in my hands, rub it around then blend in my wet hair right after i shower.

I only used a little which was far too much. I have slightly wavy hair, on the thin fine side hair. My short hair lost all body and looked like it need to be washed! I'd recommend for thick hard to control hair. Just not for me…
