Beautiful eyeliner
First off, I have no idea why it has such terrible reviews on here. It is a beautiful shade, and really compliments brown eyes. It can be stiffer, but not impossible to blend. I only give it 4 stars because i wish it lasted on the waterline a bit longer.

For this price, the eyeliner should wear for a long time (IT DOESN'T), layer beautifully (IT IS A PATCHY MESS) and layer on top of other products like a dream (IT DOESN'T). I would rather get something at the drugstore. This eyeliner is terrible. The formula feels very waxy and does not have enough creaminess to make it work well.
